Description
English: Scar Close. Limestone pavement at Scar Close near Chapel-le-Dale. Because it is relatively inaccessible, the area is not grazed by sheep and many ash saplings grow amongst the clints and grykes. Some of the latter are very deep! Ingleborough Hill is visible in the background.
