The second season extends the study to the evolution and varia-tion of decorative forms and designs with a view to the identificationof objects, including Egyptian, Babylonian, Etruscan, Apulian,Aegean, Greek and Roman designs and forms and their derivativesdown to modern times. The history of glazes and glass. Imitationsand restorations, and their detection. This work is done in theMuseum at Memorial Hall. 22

This course is planned for the training of designers, anddecorative painters, for practical work in interior decoration. Itinvolves a thorough study of the various historic periods.
