English: A new, $445,000, 12,000-square-foot school for children living in a refugee community near Azerbaijanâs capital of Baku nears completion. The school, for children up to 16 years old from the de facto independent Nagorno-Karabakh Republic in western Azerbaijan, will replace an unheated, dirt-floor school located nearby.
