Description
English: Seaman Dominic Defelice and Petty Officer 2nd Class Joan Powers of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3’s Convoy Security Element, gather clothing to hand out to children on their next mission. CSE provides security during convoys to other locations. While not conducting convoys CSE will also help with the construction of projects that NMCB 3 has been assigned with. NMCB 3 is an expeditionary element of US Naval Forces providing construction, engineering and security services in support of national strategy, Naval power projection, humanitarian assistance and contingency operations.
