English: 150318-N-WD757-394 CORONADO, Calif. (March 18, 2015) – Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3 and Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2 reconstruct a historic seaplane ramp at Naval Air Station North Island. NMCB-3 and UCT-2 are in the process of dismantling and rebuilding the 70-year-old ramp that was heavily used during World War II. (U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Carlos M.
