"J. S. GRAHAM & CO'S NEW BUILDING.

"This structure, located at the corner of Second Avenue and Pine Street, in the center of the New Shopping District, is occupied entirely by J. S. Graham & Co.
"It is probably the Most Beautiful Exclusive Suit and Millinery House West of New York."
