English: Seattle Cedar Lumber Company Mill in Ballard, 1915. Shortly afterward, this area was flooded when the water level was raised by the Ballard Locks (now Hiram M. Chittenden Locks). Item 51812, Engineering Department Photographic Negatives (Record Series 2613-07), Seattle Municipal Archives. Seattle Municipal Archives changed its URL scheme circa 2022; the older URLs beginning with "clerk" are deprecated, and will eventually fail. The following search should find item number 51812 in their new database:
