Seattle Mail and Herald, v. 9, no. 7, Jan. 6, 1906 |

Description |
Page 3 includes photograph of King Street Station under construction. The station is descripted as a "Union Depot," not to be confused with the nearby Union Station which would be constructed later in 1911. The term Union was frequently used to describe both railway stations because they served multiple railway lines. Page 3 article discusses industries of Grays Harbor County including railways and logging. Photos included in the article show a train passing through the county, a logging shoot, floating logs down the Chehalis River and wharves and waterfront at Hoquiam. |
