Description |
English: Printed on mount: Peiser, Seattle, W.T . Peiser 10009
The Nellie is presumably the steamer of that name built in Seattle in 1876 and which for many years made the mail run to Snohomish. The W.F. Munroe was named after the man who had been captain of the Chehalis when it wrecked in a storm on the Seattle-Snohomish run in 1882. |
