English: 2 Battalion, The King's Shropshire Light Infantry

Second Lieutenant Blackett died, aged 20, on 25 April 1915 at Ypres on the Western Front.

He was the son of the Rev. and Mrs. W.R. Blackett, of Smethcote Rectory, Nr. Shrewsbury.
