Description NEW YORK - Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson along with New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio visit the Chelsea neighborhood Sept. 20, 2016, where a bomb was set off. Secretary Johnson warned residents to continue to be vigilant stating that ‘“if you see something, say something” is more than a slogan’. A shrapnel-packed pressure-cooker bomb exploded Saturday night in Chelsea, wounding 29 people, and an unexploded pressure-cooker bomb was found blocks away. Official DHS photo by Jetta Disco.
