Summary edit

Description

Any seed I think will probably need chilling treatment goes in these large propagators outside at the nursery. Cold frames are no good - too popular with the slugs.

You get all sorts of complex instructions with seed packets - however many days at 20C, then a couple of months at 0C, then up to 20 again, and down again. I must admit i tend to just leave them out and let them get on with it.
