Description
Italiano: Segnale stradale italiano: segnale di progressiva chilometrica (tipo A). Il segnale indica la progressiva chilometrica dell'autostrada (nel pannello a fondo bianco) e la distanza mancante ad un'uscita autostradale, ad un'area di servizio o ad un'area di parcheggio (nel pannello a fondo verde). Nel caso il numero indicante la progressiva complessiva termini per 0 nel pannello a fondo verde viene indicato prossimo capoluogo (o il capostrada dell'autostrada), nel caso il numero termini per 1,2,4,6,8,9 viene indicata la successiva uscita autostradale e nel caso termini 3,5,7 viene indicata la successiva area di servizio o di parcheggio. Questo segnale è posto sullo spartitraffico ed è utilizzato nel caso quest'ultimo abbia larghezza pari o superiore a 3 m.

Dimensioni: larghezza pannello bianco 70 cm, larghezza pannello verde 165 cm, altezza 70 cm.

Introdotto come figura 95 della circolare n. 9540 del 1969 ed utilizzato fino al 1992.
English: Italian road sign: motorway location marker (type A). The number on white plate represents the km of the motorway where the sign is placed while in the green plate is shown the name and the distance to a motorway exit/rest area/parkign area. This model is used on motorway having the median of at least 3 m width. The destination is choosen with the according to the last digit of the number on the white plate:
  • if the digit is 1,2,4,6,8,9 is shown the name of the next exit
  • if the digit is 3,5,7 is shown the name of the next rest area/parking area
  • if the digit is 0 is shown the name ot the next regional capital (or the end of the motorway)
