Il segnale è attaccato a carrelli mobili trainati da veicoli e viene utilizzato facoltativamente per segnalare cantieri di brevi durata o brevi ingombri della carreggiata; il cerchi gialli rappresentano delle luci lampeggianti mentre la freccia inclinata a 45° è ruotabile a seconda delle esigenze.
Dimensioni: pannello grande 220 x 360 cm, lato triangolo 120 cm, diametro cerchio 150 cm, passo bande inclinate 50 cm (NOTA: la dimensione del passo non è compatibile con il numero di bande mostrate nella figura della circolare; qui è riprodotta l'immagine con il numero di bande mostrata nella circolare).
