Summary edit
DescriptionSelvehall Tartu 1992.jpg |
English: A dreary supermarket on the outskirts of Tartu in 1992 when the soviet economy had collapsed already and Estonia was struggling with the aftermath. I've uploaded this photo cause there is a new law in Estonia: " They also allow for the minority language to be used on public signs, in announcements and advertisements, provided Estonian text stands first." Like the situation 15 years ago. |
