Italiano: Testo della sentenza di primo grado del Tribunale di Milano sul caso Mills. Secondo la legge italiana sulla protezione del diritto d'autore (Legge 22 aprile 1941 n. 633 e successive modificazioni), "Le disposizioni di questa legge non si applicano ai testi degli atti ufficiali dello stato e delle amministrazioni pubbliche, sia italiane che straniere." (art. 5).
