Summary
editDescriptionSergey Nikolayev Russian Flag Proposal (2017).svg |
English: This flag was proposed by the designer for the, quote, "beautiful Russia of the future". It was criticised by some mainstream media and the Russian Heraldic council, mostly for its use of black colour.
I believe that this can be released as public domain, because this was intended (if unofficially) to be a Russian state symbol, and those do not fall under copyright. |
