Description
English: Buildings on the northeastern side of the 100 block of S. Seventh Street (State Road 66) in downtown Cannelton, Indiana, United States. From left to right, the buildings are: (1) the F.H. Clemens Building, a Greek Revival commercial building built in 1861; (2) a modern commercial building built in 1960; (3) a Greek Revival house built in 1850; (4) a bungalow built in 1915; and (5) towering above the others, the spire of St. Michael's Catholic Church, a Gothic Revival church built in 1859. Except for the modern commercial building, these properties are all part of the Cannelton Historic District, a historic district that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
