| Transcript | فارسی: · ملت عزیز ایران در فضای باز سیاسی که از ۲ سال پیش به تدریج ایجاد می‌شد شما ملت ایران علیه ظلم و فساد به‌پا خاستید. انقلاب ملت ایران نمی‌تواند مورد تأیید من به عنوان پادشاه ایران و به عنوان یک فرد ایرانی نباشد... بار دیگر در بر ابر ملت ایران سوگند خود را تکرار میکنم و «متعهد» میشوم که خطاهای گذشته و بی قانونی و ظلم و فساد دیگر تکرار نشده بلکه خطاها از هر جهت جبران نیز گردد «متعهد» میشوم که پس از برقراری نظم و آرامش در اسرع وقت یک دولت ملی برای برقراری آزادی های اساسی و اجرای انتخابات آزاد تعیین شود تا قانون اساسی که خون‌بهای انقلاب مشروطیت است، به صورت کامل به مرحله اجرا در آید. من نیز پیام انقلاب شما ملت ایران را شنیدم. من حافظ سلطنت مشروطه که موهبتی است الهی که از طرف ملت به پادشاه تفویض شده است، هستم، و آنچه را که شما برای به دست آوردنش قربانی داده‌اید تضمین میکنم. تضمین میکنم که حکومت ایران در آینده بر اساس قانون اساسی، عدالت اجتماعی و اراده ملی و به دور ار استبداد و ظلم و فساد خواهد بود... من از شما «پدران و مادران» ایرانی که مانند من نگران آینده ایران و فرزندان خود هستید می‌خواهم که با راهنمایی آنان مانع شوید تا از راه شور و احساسات در آشوب و اغتشاش شرکت کنند و به خود و میهنشان لطمه وارد سازند. من از شما جوانان و نوجوانان که آینده ایران متعلق به شماست می خواهم تا میهنمان را به خون و آتش نکشید و به امروز خود و فردای ایران ضرر نزنید... من از همه شما هموطنان عزیزم می‌خواهم تا به ایران فکر کنید. همه به ایران فکر می‌کنیم. در این لحظات تاریخی بگذارید همه به ایران فکر کنیم... امیدوارم در روزهای خطیری که در پیش داریم خداوند متعال ما را مورد عنایت و لطف خود قرار داده و همواره موید و حافظ ملک و ملت ایران باشد. انشاءالله تعالی. |
