| Description |
English: The Sheds at Queen's Wharf in Auckland City, New Zealand. As of early/mid 2010, a serious fight erupted over these sheds, regarding whether they have any heritage value, and whether they should be retained either in the location (where some plan a new cruise ship terminal and/or a "party central" for the Rugby World Cup 2011. I think they could be spruced up nicely and made into market halls or event spaces. Much better than the modern plastic-and-glass buildings. |
