DescriptionShrubby Seablite at Fingringhoe Wick nature reserve - geograph.org.uk - 1577659.jpg |
English: Shrubby Seablite at Fingringhoe Wick nature reserve Shrubby Seaboard is a plant of shingle banks, and is found on suitable places from Blakeney in Norfolk to Dungeness in Kent. It looks rather like heather from a distance, but lives in a very different habitat. This plant was growing on a shingle outcrop at the edge of the saltmarsh at Fingringhoe Wick nature reserve, which was then the headquarters of the Essex Naturalists Trust http://www.essexwt.org.uk/. |
