Deutsch: Siegen/Westfalen (Deutschland): Historische Ansicht der Stadt auf dem Siegberg, gesehen von Westen, im Zustand von etwa 1850. Aquarell des Landschaftsmalers Jakob Scheiner von 1899. Diese Perspektive des Malers ist in Siegen als „Scheinerblick“ bekannt. In der Bildmitte der „Dicke Turm“ und das Untere Schloss (beide mit ockerfarbenem Verputz) sowie die weiß verputzte Martinikirche. Im Vordergrund der Fluss Sieg mit Siegbrücke. Im Bildvordergrund der Fluss Sieg mit historischer Siegbrücke. Dahinter, auf dem westlichen Sporn des Siegbergs, die evangelische Martinikirche (weiße Fassade) sowie das Untere Schloss mit „Dickem Turm“ (gelbe Fassaden).
