In the late 19th and early 20th century, Schwabacher Brothers were Seattle's (and the regions) leading wholesale grocers of the time; they also owned a wharf and one of the city's most prominent hardware stores. Aronson was also president of Seattle's first Jewish congregation, Ohaveth Sholum. | |||
