Magyar: : Napraforgó Apartmanház, névtábla, leveles láda házszám, napraforgó szarvasmarha (ez utóbbi vajh miért?) Egyike a kevés háznak amely őrzi 'eredeti' kékfestés színét, amely egykor az utca házaira jelllemző volt. A Napraforgó utca (a régi főút) a hely ahol a grófnő (Gróf Károlyi Lászlóné sz. Gr. Apponyi Piroska) által vásárolt házak állnak és a Virágegylet tevékenykedett ill . Gróf Károlyi Lászlóné mint „Virágnyaralókat” kínálta szállásként. A Zebegény Község Önkormányzat Képviselő Testülete 21/2017.(XII.20.) rendelettel jóváhagyott Településképi rendelet listájában az épület helyi egyéni védelem alatt áll az utca helyi védelem alatt álló épületegyüttesként szerepel. A muemlekm.hu-n Régi halászházak, népi együttes (Cím: Táncsics M. u. 2-4-6-8-10. és 5. sz.) szerepel, azonosító: -6448 'Táncsics Mihály u. 2-14 sz-ig - településszerkezet védelme' azonosító: -6461. szerepel vélhetően házszámokat is 'átírták' - Pest megye, Zebegény, Napraforgó utca 12. /a régi cím (vélhetően): Táncsics Mihály utca 6/ helyrajzi szám: 109
