Notes | Also attributed to a Southern Netherlandish painter. Originally in the Pfinzing Chapel in St. Elizabeth's Church in Wrocław. The painting depicting the God with a Paradise is entirely Lutheran in its ideology and based on Lucas Cranach engraving. It was commissioned by a Wrocław's town councilor Nikolaus Jenkwicz-Posadowski, who was depicted as a donor with his 3 wives Anna von Popplau, Apolonia von Banck, Magdalena von Reynold and children. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
