Поступил в 1934 году из собрания московской Синодальной типографии

Принадлежал священнику Благовещенского собора Московского Кремля Сильвестру и был увезен им в Kirill Belozerski Monastery

Реставрирован в 1992–1993 годах в ГосНИИР Г.З. Быковой, Н.Л. Петровой, М.А. Волчковой, Ю.П. Морозовой, В.С. Петецкой, Т.Б. Рогозиной, О.О. Долгановой и К. Соловьевой
