Summary edit

Description

English: This is the main entry signal south of the the Aveiro train station (pointing towards Coimbra). It has four coloured lights in the main housing (with the red lighting up), with a fifth lamp below, physically separated from the first four.

Below, a square panel, which is turned off in the picture, will tell the train driver which platform they'll be directed to when entering the station.

Further below, the identification panel reads "S1", short for "Main signal #1" (of the Aveiro train station).

The pole is painted with 75 cm high zebra stripes, indicating that this is a main signal indeed.
