| Description |
English: Sink Hole Sadly, the depth of this sink hole is lost in this picture. It's a sink hole for a small stream (now dry) where the stream would run into the cave network below.
Some work has obviously been done in the past to shore up the hole, presumably to prevent animals from falling into the hole. There's no access to the Ogof Ffynon Ddu cave system through this hole for humans, but there is evidence of past surveying nearby including a wheelbarrow and some scaffolding. |
