| Description |
Ghent PCC tram nr 11 on the 10 Route, with Klee EuroTours GmbH of SInzig, Germany's Neoplan coach. This tram is still in Ghent colours, apparently. The service is now operated by De Lijn. More pictures of Ghent PCC trams here There are four routes today, 1, 4, 21 and 22. The lijn 10 shown here is the present day 1. The first 23 PCC trams of the early 1970s batch of 54 have been modernised and bear a 52 prefix now, such that this one is 6211 today. The rest of these cars made at Bruges-Brugge by La Brugeoise et Nivelles are unmodernised and in process of withdrawal, never having received the 62 prefix. |
