English: Sioe Nefyn. Gwynedd Public Address Systems ensuring the smooth running of Sioe Nefyn (Sioe Amaethyddol Llŷn a'r Cylch - Lleyn and District Agricultural Show 789272). The cone-shaped devices on the poles are old-fashioned horn loudspeakers, of a style that was common in public address systems before World War 2. Since the 1960s this type has been replaced with more compact reflex loudspeakers (bullhorns). |
