Description
English: Sir Lord Fredrick Luggard is a British Colonial master who started living in the present day Ikot Abasi local government Area of Akwa Ibom state, around 1912. He built a network of structures which today are historical sites, to ease his stay and facilitate trading in the region.

He was the one who signed the Almalgamation of Nigeria.

The structure bove is where he lived and operates from their during his time in Nigeria and the slavery era.
