Description
English: Site of Sea Water Baths Sea Water Bathing ..... initially in the seclusion of a baths was very popular for the wealthy Victorians. Many sea resorts had such baths and this plaque records Tenby's baths overlooking the sea. The quote written in this plaque by Euripides "The sea washes away all the ills of men" summarises the whole philosophy behind the Victorian concept of bathing in sea water.
