English: The battle between the Danish and Swedish admiral ships Jägmästaren and Sankt Erik, from the Royal Library. Unknown year, 16th century, the battle took place in 1565.

A Danish warship fires at a Swedish one. The balls have hooks so they can cut into the opponent's rigging.

Original is a coloured drawing by Rudolf van Deventer: Report of Powder and Fireworks, 1585, dedicated to Frederik II.

Deventer who was Danish, was Frederik II's gunpowder and fireworks master.
Svenska: Striden mellan de danska och svenska amiralsfartygen Jägmästaren och Sankt Erik, utförd av den danske tygmästaren Rudolf van Deventer i Det Kongelige Bibliotek. Okänt år, 1500-talet, striden utspelades 1565.
Dansk: Et dansk krigsskib beskyder et svensk. Kuglerne har hager, så de kan kappe i modstanderens rigning. Farvelagt tegning i Rudolf van Deventer: Bericht von Pulver und Feuerwerken, 1585, tilegnet Frederik 2. Deventer var Frederik 2.s krudt- og fyrværkerimester.
