Dansk: Antagelig et penneskrin af hvalrostand. Længde: 16,5 cm. På skrinets låger ses to modsatrettede figurer udskåret i lavt relief: En konge, der troner i sin borg, og en bisp, der lige myndigt sidder i sin kirke med en rundbuede portal. Formodentlig fra Norge, muligvis fra et værksted i Tronheim. Skrinet er indgået til Nationalmuseet ved auktion i april 1817.Skrinets sider og gavle er også tilgængelige i Cumulus. Datering: Midten af 1200-årene. |
