Description
Српски / srpski: Ћеле-кула је споменик из Првог српског устанка који је у знак одмазде тадашња турска власт у Србији изградила од лобања, погинулих српских ратника, предвођених Стеваном Синђелићем, у бици на Чегру. Налази се на 4 km од центра Ниша, на путу ка Нишкој Бањи. Сврстана је у споменике културе од изузетног значаја за Републику Србију и данас представља музејски објекат.
English: Skull Tower is a monument from the First Serbian Uprising which, as a sign of revenge, the then Turkish government in Serbia built from the skulls of the fallen Serbian warriors, led by Stevan Sinđelić, in the Battle of Cegro. It is located 4 km from the center of Niš, on the way to Niška Banja. It is classified as a cultural monument of exceptional importance for the Republic of Serbia and today it is a museum object.
