English: Present Smith's Falls VIA station- what a contrast! We had spent most of the day in the erstwhile Smith's Falls station of the now defunct Canadian Northern railway as we checked out the Railway Museum of Eastern Ontario. So here then is the present Smith's Falls station, a good half an hour walk away. Man, what a contrast! Though it still looks elegant, this station is tiny! It is also completely unmanned. There is a waiting hall with a washbasin and an attached toilet and a train display sign. That's it! We had to wait a good 40 min for our train, and all this while, my son and I were the only ones at the station (and subsequently the only two passengers to board at the station!)
