Norsk bokmål: Bakgrunnen for Reinbeitekommisjonen av 1913 var norske og svenske samers gamle rett til å søke beite for reinflokkene også i nabolandet. Emnet var tema under unionsoppløsningen i 1905, og forhandlinger og undersøkelser ved flere kommisjoner førte til ny konvensjon i 1919.
