English: Solombala pulp and paper mill and Sutyagin House (left) - a 13-story wooden building being built by the Arkhangelsk entrepreneur Sutyagin. The world's tallest wooden building, it is to be demolished by February 2009, due to the owner-builder having failed to obtain a building permit.
