Before entering the temple of Adilingeshwar Mahadev, the ancient temple located in Ward No. 1 Dumja, Sunkoshi village of Sindhuli district, there is a very attractive sikhara style Saouryamandaliya Shaktipith temple on the left.

When entering the Shaktipith temple, there are 2 lions in front of the temple, a long brass trishul is hanging on the right side and a big bell is hanging on the left side. The temple is surrounded by a wall to protect it.
