Description
English: South Polgooth Just to the south-west of the famous Great Polgooth Mine, South Polgooth was mined for tin from the 1830s and for arsenic in 1916. Remains on this recently cleared up site include the old enginehouse and parts of an arsenic calciner and flue, which appear to have re-used the redundant engine chimney.
