| Description |
English: Southern Vectis 759 Orchard Bay (R759 GDL), a Volvo Olympian/Northern Counties Palatine, turning down from Castle Hill, left into Queen's Road, Cowes, Isle of Wight, on the Sailbus service, which Southern Vectis ran in 2009. As can be seen, this is quite a tight turn. In previous years when Wightbus ran the service, the buses went onto the Parade, by going straight down Castle Hill, onto the Parade, then turning and coming back up Castle Hill and turning right into Queen's Road (avoiding this tight turn). When photographed, the bus had been taken out of normal service and put into the coach fleet. |
