Description
English: Southwick Brewhouse, formerly the Golden Lion Home Brewery, Southwick, Hampshire. The white brickwork on the left houses the copper. The wooden structure in front is the fermenting vessel. On the right is the mash tun (MT) at the back with the grist case over it. HB is the hopback and the wooden structure extreme right is one edge of the tray cooler. Not visible are the mill, another cooler and the steam plant.
