Description Astronaut Jack R. Lousma, Commander of STS-3 Space Shuttle Flight is monitoring the operation of the Monodisperse Latex Reactor experiment on its first space flight. This same equipment was used later on STS-6 Space Shuttle Flight, April 4-6, 1983, to produce the material of SRM 1960, 10-Micrometer Polystyrene Spheres, the first commercial space made product to be sold.
