Čeština: Autor fotografie a gastronomického díla Jiří Zelenka. Základem je piškotové těsto upečené na plechu s pečícím papírem. Tvar dosáhneme podle papírové šablony. Roládu pouze za tepla stočíme. Jako ozdoba slouží čokoláda, bonbóny, sušenky, modelovací hmota a máslový krém.

Author photos and gastronomic works of Jiri Zelenka. The base is baked biscuit dough on a baking sheet with baking paper. The shape is achieved by a paper template. Only roulade rolled coiled inside. Serves as an ornament chocolate, sweets, biscuits, modeling clay and butter cream.

Autor Fotos und gastronomischen Werke von Jiri Zelenka. Die Basis wird gebacken Biskuitteig auf ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen. Die Form wird durch eine Papierschablone erreicht. Nur Roulade aufgerollt innen aufgerollt . Dient als Verzierung Schokolade, Süßigkeiten, Kekse, Modelliermasse und Buttercreme .
