| Description |
This is in the middle of nowhere. Probably 50km from the nearest building. The bus pulled over to the side of the road and I looked out the window expecting to see a car pass. Instead I saw a wheel go past, down the road for a bit and come to rest at the roadside. Another passenger (Harold, a big german guy) and I went to the wheel, and found six wheelnuts trapped by the wheeltrim. Unfortunately the wheel was supposed to have ten. While Harold and the driver put the wheel back on, everyone else searched the road for the missing nuts. Someone found one, but we had to finish the journey with one nut removed from each front wheel to make up numbers at the back. |
