Polski: Henryk Jan Dominiak artysta rzeźbiarz, grafik, malarz, złotnik, przedsiębiorca, jubiler, projektant, kreator form złotniczych - Malachitowy znak nr 1 - 30.10.2009 r. - srebro próby Ag 0.925 - 0.928 + kamienie półszlachetne (malachit) - łączna waga 870,00 g - oznaczony znakiem wytwórcy (połączone litery AH posiadający cechy charakterystyczne - jest w kształcie tarczy herbowej): blacha, na której umieszczono pięć liter tworzących napis "ekoma" (każda z liter składa się ze srebrnej oprawy, która została wypełniona zielonymi kamieniami - malachitem z Uralu). Badanie metodą: przybliżoną na kamieniu probierczym i analizy chemicznej wykazało próbę: blacha i oprawy kamieni Ag 0.925 - 0.928. Wyrób - wraz ze znakiem twórcy - został ocechowany polskimi cechami probierczymi dla srebra próby Ag 0.925 oraz godełkiem dla srebra na blasze łączącej litery - pod literą a. Świadectwo badania - Nr 516/2009 Chorzów z dnia 2009-10-30 wystawił Obwodowy Urząd Probierczy w Chorzowie. Właścicielem dzieła jest Małgorzata Bigoszewska reprezentująca firmę Ekoma w Tychach. Znak - 5 liter - stanowi logo Firmy Biuro Rachunkowe Ekoma. Małgorzata Bigoszewska Tychy.
