Description
Français : Selon le cartel et la base Atlas du musée du Louvre, cette stèle des Vautours est dédiée à la victoire d'Eannatum, roi des Lagash sur son rival Umma. Elle est gravée dans le calcaire et date de la période des dynasties archaïques, vers 2450 av JC. Elle a été mise au jour lors des fouilles de Tello (ancienne Girsu) par E. de Sarzec en 1881 (plus un fragment provenant du British Museum). Numéro d'inventaire : AO 16109, AO 50, AO 2346, AO 2348.
