Description
English: Looking west from the upper level terrace at the Living Roof of the St. George Ferry Terminal, at Richmond Terrace and Wall Street in St. George, Staten Island. Although it appears to be one of the green roof structures of the adjacent Empire Outlets mall, it was actually created during the 2005 renovations to the terminal atop this ancillary building. It apparently is a urban farm in addition to its stormwater-harvesting function.
