English: St. Mary's church, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. St. Mary's church in Beverley is located on the corner of North Bar Within and Hengate and was founded in 1120. It is said to owe its origins to Thurstan, Archbishop of York, 1114-1143, who had been Provost of Beverley Minster. It is constructed in both the Decorated and Perpendicular styles. |
