Description
Français : Elle donne à voir, à gauche le moulin de Lafous , avant son expropriation et destruction en 1901, par la ville de Montpellier pour accroitre la prise d'eau pour la ville.

Au centre de l'aquarelle JJB LAURENS met en valeur l'imposante paissière (seuil du moulin) et sa cascade.

A la base du moulin on remarque la sortie de l'eau qui passait sous le moulin et faisait tourner les "rodets" (turbines) qui entrainaient le mouvement des meules.

En arrière plan la falaise domine la source-résurgence.

La végétation était moins dense qu'à l'heure actuelle.
